Returns & Refund Policy

You can return an item within 15 days after it was delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.  

To start a return, email us at info@gabrielamichele.com to inform us that you would like to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in perfect condition and their original packaging. Once we have received the item and verified that it’s in excellent condition, a refund will be approved and issued. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that have already been worn, damaged, missing tags and not in the same condition as they were when shipped cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you initiate a return for the existing item you have and then place a new order. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in perfect condition and their original packaging. Once we have received the item and verified that it’s in perfect condition, a refund will be approved and issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
