Orders

How fast are orders processed? 

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after submission. We aim to handle orders as quickly as possible. Orders submitted on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please email us at info@gabrielamichele.com and include your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has yet to be shipped.

The item I want is not available. What should I do?

If an item is out of stock, please subscribe to our newsletter for pre-order updates and availability.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an order?

You can return an item within 15 days of its delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with the tags intact and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@gabrielamichele.com and include your order number and reason for return.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging for a full refund. Once we receive the item and verify that it’s in excellent condition, we will approve it and issue a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within ten business days.

Can I exchange an order?

If you want to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired items.
