Pre-orders

Why are you selling through pre-orders?

The Classic Collection will be available for pre-order starting 8/16. The reasons for opting to sell our dresses through pre-orders are:

- To make only the number of dresses sold to avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste of resources. 

- To ensure that each dress is made just for you. We will only make it if you order it. 

- As a small brand starting out, this method of selling helps us fund our production costs upfront. 


It has taken us four years to get this collection ready for pre-order, and it has been a work of perseverance and effort. It has been special to create each dress. We want each dress to remain special and be a limited edition piece. Adopting a pre-order model allows us to produce limited quantities of each style and ensure that the collection is a limited edition. 

How do pre-orders work?

When purchasing during the pre-order period, you buy a dress that will be made just for you.

At the end of the pre-order period, production for the collection will begin. We will only make the number of dresses sold during pre-orders. Therefore, we recommend purchasing during pre-order to guarantee size and style availability. Our dresses will be made in Los Angeles in small batches, and overall production can take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

We will update you with production progress and delivery estimates if you pre-ordered a dress. At every step of the process, you can expect email updates.

How long does the pre-order period last?

Pre-orders will be open from Tuesday, August 16, 2022, until September 6, 2022. Don't miss out!

When should I expect to receive my order?

Production takes 8 to 10 weeks to complete, and once completed, we will need 1 - 2 weeks to process and ship orders. 

The estimated delivery for pre-orders is November. We will update you with production progress and delivery estimates if you pre-ordered a dress.

Our dresses are intricate to make and require care and time. We have spent years working on the collection to make it the best quality, so you can rest assured that it will be worth the wait. Remember, good things take time.

What if I missed the pre-order window?

If you missed the pre-order window, sign up for our emails to be notified when the next pre-order event happens.

Orders

How fast are orders processed? 

Orders are processed within 1- 2 business days from submission. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. 

Orders placed on a holiday day will be processed in the next business days. 

How can I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel an order, please email us at info@gabrielamichele.com to let us know. Make sure to include your order number in the email. We will try our best to accommodate you if the order has not been processed and shipped.

The item I want is not available. What should I do?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return an order?

You can return an item within 15 days after it was delivered. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@gabrielamichele.com to inform us that you would like to initiate a return. 

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in perfect condition and their original packaging. Once we have received the item and verified that it’s in excellent condition, a refund will be approved and issued. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

Can I exchange an order?

If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return your initial order and place a new order for the items you want.
