How to take body measurements to determine your size
To take accurate body measurements, it's best to wear fitting clothes and undergarments that don't add extra bulk or have padding. When taking measurements, stand naturally with your feet slightly apart and avoid slouching or standing too stiff.
When measuring, ensure the tape is not too tight or loose around the body to avoid inaccurate measurements. If you are in between sizes, determine if you want a loose casual fit or a snug fit to select a size accordingly.
Bust: Start by wrapping the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust and ensure the tape is not too tight or loose. Remember that the bust measurement is different from your bra size.
Waist: Find your natural waistline, typically the smallest part of your torso and a few inches above your belly button. Wrap the measuring tape around your natural waist.
Hips: Find the fullest part of your hips and wrap the measuring tape around this area, ensuring it's parallel to the ground and not too tight or loose.
